*Note these are total encounter times and reflect entire time spent face-to-face, documenting, and placing in orders and tests. Most often this will be very similar to the time spent face-to-face with the prescriber; however, for some visits that are very administratively heavy (for example, a request to fill out many pages of health forms for an application or government assistance) the encounter time may be significantly longer than the time spent face-to-face with the provider.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of appointment time will be charged $20, as this takes valuable time away from our providers and the patients who could have been seen during that time.
