We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna plans.
If you use insurance, your price is dependent on your specific insurance plan. These visits may be fully covered or cost a typical co-pay of $20. The best way to find out for sure what your insurance covers is to look at the plan details usually provided by your insurance company or call the number on your insurance card.
Self Pay
We offer affordable pricing for those who are not covered by insurance or who would rather not utilize their insurance services.

*Note these are total encounter times and reflect entire time spent face-to-face, documenting, and placing in orders and tests. Most often this will be very similar to the time spent face-to-face with the prescriber; however, for some visits that are very administratively heavy (for example, a request to fill out many pages of health forms for an application or government assistance) the encounter time may be significantly longer than the time spent face-to-face with the provider.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of appointment time will be charged $20, as this takes valuable time away from our providers and the patients who could have been seen during that time.
